Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced BCBA to lead ABA treatment planning and supervise RBTs in our NY/NJ area. The role focuses on developing individualized programs, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

You will conduct assessments, adjust goals, and collaborate with families while adhering to ethical guidelines. Flexible schedules and strong professional development support are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour or Salary $100,000

• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: NY/NJ

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
