LEAD Staff - Construction is seeking skilled crew members in Abilene, TX to install insulated metal panels and PEMB components on commercial projects. You will connect structural steel, follow drawings, operate lifts safely, and work at heights with a field team to meet schedules.

Requirements include OSHA 30 certification, ability to read blueprints, and reliable transportation. Per diem eligible for local travel, with a 7‑day on/off work cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform at heights on active commercial site with team leadership support.
