Veritas Systems Construction is growing—and we are seriously considering adding a second construction crew.
We’re looking for proven construction professionals, as well as high-potential candidates who may have less experience but bring exceptional discipline, attention to detail, coachability, and the ability to learn quickly.
Our crews install PERKA, BARNfixer, and Miracle Truss® hybrid building systems, combining structural steel with traditional framing to create shops, barns, commercial buildings, and specialty structures.
Our projects are carefully planned before construction begins so our crews can work safely, efficiently, and with purpose. Our field leadership includes a Construction Engineering graduate with nearly 15 years of experience and a 20-plus-year construction veteran who previously operated his own company.
This is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop valuable building skills, and potentially help establish the foundation of our next crew.
$20–$32 per hour, based on demonstrated skills, experience, responsibility, and performance:
High-Potential / Developing Professional: $20–$24
Skilled Installer: $24–$27
Highly Skilled / Lead-Level Professional: $27–$32
We reward people who consistently learn, perform, and elevate the team. Strong contributors can advance quickly, with additional bonus opportunities potentially available during peak performance periods.
Success here starts with two things:
That means showing up on time, remaining attentive, accepting coaching, helping your teammates, and doing the small things correctly—even when no one is watching.
We work hard, but we also want people who enjoy building, improving, and winning together.
Experience matters, but character and capacity matter just as much.
