Ideal candidates have experience operating heavy equipment, a strong eye for safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working on their feet for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers, forklifts, or similar machinery.
• Ability to safely handle and transport materials in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler to move, load, and position materials safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Maintain proper material flow and organization throughout the facility.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with basic quality checks and visual inspections of materials.
• Identify and separate damaged or non-conforming materials.
• Support inventory tracking and documentation as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
