Job summary

Cache Valley Electric Co. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects.

This role collaborates with project managers, field leadership, general contractors, owners, engineers, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in electrical/commercial construction or project coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and closeout of data center and electrical construction projects.
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to support daily activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and progress to meet contractual requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Assist with preconstruction through commissioning and turnover activities.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, reports, and documentation.
