Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Maryland. The role includes analyzing requirements, leading design and development, and guiding system integration through to testing.

Candidates should have deep expertise in communications, telephony, and advanced protocols. The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI FSP level clearance with the Maryland customer and possess 14+ years of SE experience in complex programs.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
Requires fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE within programs of similar scope and complexity.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Leads design and development activities and provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Develops system Architecture and system design, and plans system integration and testing.
