Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a dedicated individual to support telecommunications device operations and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, IT staff, and suppliers to ensure reliable communication devices across the enterprise.

You will manage provisioning, tracking, and maintenance of paging devices, perform testing and minor repairs, and assist with device replacements and disposal in adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, program, configure, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, track, and retire paging devices and related communication equipment.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and asset accountability for devices across the enterprise.
• Performs daily provisioning, inventory control, repair, distribution, shipping, receiving, and lifecycle management.
• Receives and processes returned devices, conducts functional testing, minor repairs, and prepares equipment for redeployment.
• Coordinates shipments to locations in Minnesota and other states.
• Maintains inventory levels, conducts audits, and documents in asset tracking systems.
• Supports device replacement programs and disposal processes per policies.
• Assists with troubleshooting, escalations, and continuous improvement in inventory management.

Job Summary:

This position receives direction from Telecommunications leadership and works collaboratively in a team environment. The incumbent works closely with clinical staff, operational staff, Information Technology personnel, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders to support communication device operations throughout ***. This position also supports the operational lifecycle management of communication devices utilized throughout ***.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, programming, configuring, testing, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, tracking, and retiring paging devices and related communication equipment.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and asset accountability for communication devices supporting clinical and operational staff across the enterprise.
• Performs daily activities associated with communication device provisioning, inventory control, repair, distribution, shipping, receiving, and lifecycle management.
• Receives and processes returned devices, conducts functional testing and quality assurance reviews, performs minor repairs, and prepares equipment for redeployment.
• Supports fulfillment of device requests and coordinates shipments to *** locations in Minnesota, Arizona, Florida, and Wisconsin.
• Maintains inventory levels, monitors asset utilization, conducts inventory audits, and ensures accurate documentation within asset tracking systems.
• Assists with communication equipment replacement programs, device refresh activities, and disposal processes while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and operational procedures.
• Supports communication device operations by troubleshooting hardware issues, coordinating escalations when necessary, maintaining operational documentation, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management, asset accountability, and communication technology support.
• Other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.

• Experience supporting healthcare communication systems.
