Job summary

Hilliary Communications is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional in Lawton, OK to support our Regulatory team with telecommunications state and federal rules and filings. You will monitor FCC and state PUC requirements, coordinate filings, maintain compliance calendars, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable steps for internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom regulatory compliance, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience

Job Details: Job Location: Lawton, OK 73507, Position Type: Full Time, Our Hilliary Regulatory team is looking for an experienced individual with Telecommunications Voice and Broadband Regulatory Compliance State and Federal rules and filings. This individual must also be highly organized and detail-oriented to support our Regulatory team with compliance operations; ensure our services and internal processes meet all federal, state, and local telecommunications regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys coordinating cross-functional tasks, and can translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Coordination & Support

• Assist in monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements from the FCC, state public utility commissions, and other governing bodies.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory filings, certifications, and reports.
• Maintain compliance calendars, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met.

Operational Compliance Support

• Collaborate closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into operational workflows.
• Support internal and external audits, and regulatory reviews by gathering documentation and coordinating responses.
• Help maintain and update internal compliance procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

• Organize and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, regulatory updates, and internal assessments.

Risk & Quality Assurance

• Identify potential compliance gaps and escalate issues to compliance leadership.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• MUST have minimum 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, regulatory compliance, and operations.
• Strong understanding of FCC regulations, state telecom rules, and industry standards.
• Experience with compliance tracking tools, regulatory portals, or telecom reporting systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical abilities
