The role demands strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and timely delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Candidate should have 5+ years of professional engineering experience, a PE license, and experience with CAD/engineering software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with project success.
• Telecommunications and fiber optic design experience preferred.
• Active involvement in design, analysis, and plan production.
• PE licensure required or ability to obtain Texas licensure.
• Proficiency with CAD and engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of fiber optic and telecom infrastructure.
• Develop construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Evaluate design options and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Review plans, calculations, and specifications for accuracy.
• Support project estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist construction administration and field observations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Foster strong client relationships and business development.
