Job summary

Gladiatoremergence is seeking a Telecommunications Network Engineer Level 1.5 for on-site duties at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires a TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and a strong background in enterprise network installation, configuration, and sustainment.

Candidates must have five years of related experience and an associate degree in engineering technology, with CCNA or equivalent certification. DoD 8570.01-M IAT II baseline is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Associate's degree in engineering technology from an accredited college is required.
• Two (2) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree.
• CCNA, or equivalent, certification or higher required.

The Level 1.5 Telecommunications Network Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Perform quality control and quality assurance services
• Perform site surveys, system installations, configuration management, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment of a global Enterprise Network
• Implement specific network solutions to support server requirements to include load balancing, VPN's, firewall contexts, and Network Address Translation (NAT) where appropriate

Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required Associate's degree in engineering technology from an accredited college is required Two (2) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree Certifications: An IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required CCNA, or equivalent, certification or higher required
