Job summary

Gladiatoremergence in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Telecommunications Network Engineer, Level 1 to support a global Enterprise Network, perform site surveys, installations, configuration management, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Two (2) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree.
• IAT Level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required.
• CCNA, or equivalent, certification or higher required.

The Level 1 Telecommunications Network Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Perform quality control and quality assurance services
• Perform site surveys, system installations, configuration management, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment of a global Enterprise Network
• Implement specific network solutions to support server requirements to include load balancing, VPN's, firewall contexts, and Network Address Translation (NAT) where appropriate

Qualifications

Four (4) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required Associate's degree in engineering technology from an accredited college is required Two (2) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree Certifications: An IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required CCNA, or equivalent, certification or higher required
