Plan, analyze, design, develop, and maintain operations support systems used by telecommunications organizations. Perform business and information systems planning, requirements and process/data modeling, and provide technical guidance on software engineering techniques and automated support tools.
A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required. Candidates must have five years of engineering, systems analysis, design, and programming experience, including two years working with requirements and systems for telecommunications billing, trouble ticket management, service order entry, or configuration management.
