Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics activities.

The role involves receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing equipment to support installations and internal operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and accuracy. The position requires 1+ year of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately stock and organize telecommunications equipment, hardware, and materials within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to field technicians, customer sites, and company locations.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management and shipping systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
• Maintain proper inventory documentation and update inventory records in company systems.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, and Field Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Package sensitive telecommunications equipment according to established handling and shipping procedures.
• Assist with returns, RMAs, defective equipment processing, and asset recovery activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and escalation issues to warehouse leadership.
