Job summary

TSC Construction, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to support receiving, organizing, staging, and delivering telecom materials. The role involves frequent driving within a 6-hour radius of the warehouse, with early mornings, late shifts, and occasional weekends.

A strong work ethic and safety focus are essential for this physically demanding position. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or logistics experience, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to drive up to a 26’ box truck for pickups and deliveries.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics or delivery experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or certification highly preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunications materials is a plus.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs.+ (with assistance for heavier items).
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule with long hours, early mornings, late nights, and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Driving & Deliveries: operate vehicles safely (up to 26’ box trucks) and plan efficient routes.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules and maintain delivery documents.
