CableCom, LLC is hiring a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in Anaheim. You will be engaged in loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment to support underground telecommunications cabling projects.

Role requires readiness to work in all weather, adherence to safety, and clear communication with the crew. Training support is provided along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid State driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam with a valid medical card.
• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant work experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Complete basic daily maintenance of vehicles, including fluid checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
