Parkside Utility Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Underground Foreman in the Lebanon/Reading/Newmanstown area to lead crews, read blueprints, and manage installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems, while enforcing safety protocols and project timelines.

The role is field-based, hourly, and requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, authorization to work in the United States, and a high school diploma or GED or equivalent; Foreman

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
