Responsibilities

• Manage crews, workloads, and production to meet customer timelines and expectations.
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, customers, and management to resolve job issues and keep work moving.
• Monitor job progress, productivity, and completion status.
• Communicate with customers regarding project status, expectations, and concerns.
• Track job costing, safety, productivity, and operational performance.
• Provide updates and reports to management.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company and customer requirements.
