Alamon, Inc. is hiring Telecommunication Technicians (Level 1 and Level 2) to join our Network Services division. Technicians will install, upgrade, decommission, and maintain critical telecom environments, including central offices and data centers.

The role supports hands-on training, has travel after initial period, and offers ESOP benefits. Level 1 focuses on learning and assisting, while Level 2 handles independent installations, DC power systems, and fiber termination under supervision.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying environments.
• Proficient with a laptop and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Background in reading MOPs and engineering documentation is preferred.

Mansioni

• Install and secure structural infrastructure: racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and cable trays.
• Route, dress, label, secure, and terminate telecom wiring (fiber and copper).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and read engineering packages and MOPs.
• Complete daily field logs and documentation; comply with safety policies.
• Level 2: perform full installations incl. DC power plants, gear, and grounding; mentor Level 1.

Conoscenze
