Alamon, Inc. seeks Telecommunication Technicians (Level 1 and Level 2) to install, upgrade, decommission, and maintain telecom infrastructure in data centers and central offices. Start with local training, then travel after 30 days, progressing to independent installations and mentoring Level 1 technicians.

Level 2 focuses on complex installations, DC power systems, fiber termination, and problem solving under supervision. Travel is extensive with lodging provided.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to travel.
• Pre-employment background, drug screening, and MVR checks.
• Proficient with a laptop.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Background in network configuration and installation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word).
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.

Mansioni

• Install and secure structural infrastructure: racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and cable trays.
• Route, dress, label, secure, and terminate telecom wiring (fiber and copper).
• Safely operate hand and power tools and follow safety regulations.
• Read and follow engineering packages, MOPs, and site docs.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and document field work.
• Complete daily logs, time reporting, photos, and checklists.
