• Maintains expertise and mentors others on telephony and network technologies.
• Analyzes, triages, designs, installs, upgrades, and repairs voice, data, and video systems.
• Oversees contractors, vendors and technicians.
• Programs telephone system features and documents processes.
• Develops strategies and implements changes to support new technologies.
