Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a driven management consultant with strong supply chain and operations experience in the cable and telecom sector. You will lead design and implementation of S&OP/S&OE, oversee multi‑vendor logistics, and drive AI‑enabled digital transformation across telecom environments.

You will mentor teams, engage clients directly, and contribute to business development while delivering measurable efficiency and cost improvements for Fortune‑500 telecom clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Network Operations within the cable and/or telecommunications industry.
• 2+ years of consulting experience or equivalent leadership in the cable or telecom industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead End to End Supply Chain Planning and Operations (S&OP and S&OE) across cable/telecom environments.
• Advise on Distribution & Logistics optimization including site consolidation and flow improvements.
• Drive Digital Transformation of Operations with AI, IoT, and automation to reduce OPEX.
• Identify and execute Cost Reduction opportunities across procurement, logistics, and field inventory.
• Use analytics to model supply chain scenarios and deliver actionable client recommendations.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and support senior leaders as a trusted partner.
• Support evaluation and deployment of digital tools and automation in telecom supply chain.
• Lead small-to-mid-size project teams and mentor consultants.
• Contribute to RFPs and thought leadership in the cable/telecom space.
