Job summary

VIAVI Solutions is seeking an accomplished sales executive to lead growth for our NITRO Core, NITRO RAN, and NITRO AIOps assurance solutions across North America. You will own the full sales cycle within a portfolio of existing and target accounts, positioning VIAVI software, services, and hardware against our customers' most pressing network challenges.

This strategic role reports to the Vice President of Sales, Americas.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in engineering, technology, business, or related discipline.
10+ years in telecom operations and solutions with successful project experience.
Strong background in mobile core (packet/IMS) and RAN; knowledge of fiber optics is a plus.
Ability to relate solutions to practical use cases and create business value.
Willingness to travel 50-75% and operate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the North America sales strategy for NITRO CORE, NITRO RAN, and NITRO AIOps.
Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification to close.
Build executive-level relationships and align VIAVI solutions to customer KPIs.
Collaborate with engineering, support, and marketing to define solution requirements.
Prepare business plans and growth initiatives for North America.
