Job summary

RMC Contracting LLC in Florida seeks an experienced Foreman to safely manage crews on new site builds, tower and site modifications, and wireless telecom installations, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety requirements.

You will lead field teams, coordinate with project managers, troubleshoot with industry tools, maintain COP deliverables and site records, and uphold OSHA, FAA, and DOT standards while traveling 4 to 6 weeks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Foreman.
• Willing to travel 4–6 weeks at a time.
• Ability to safely direct crews on wireless telecom sites (towers, rooftops, ground-based sites).
• Proficient in troubleshooting telecom equipment and networks with standard industry tools.
• Experience in completing COP deliverables (logs, field reports, sweeps, fiber tests).
• Strong client/vendor relations and adherence to safety policies (OSHA, FAA, DOT).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on site builds and modifications.
• Perform wireless telecom installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure quality work and compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Field Supervisors on budgets and materials.
