Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to drive telecom site acquisition, leasing, regulatory coordination and zoning for critical network routes. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, land surveyors, and project managers to secure timely approvals and site readiness.

Main duties include negotiating leases, managing permits, developing SCIP packages, reviewing agreements, and maintaining strong landowner relationships to streamline acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of site acquisition experience in telecom or utilities.
• Experience with lease reviews, zoning/permit approvals, and landowner negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate leases with landowners and clients and prepare documents.
• Oversee zoning and permitting processes and secure approvals.
• Develop and manage SCIP packages and coordinate site requirements.
• Prepare and monitor site budgets and schedules for timely delivery.
• Coordinate power to sites, easements, title reviews, and surveys.
• Review purchase agreements and other legal documents.
• Build relationships with landowners and stakeholders to smooth acquisitions.
