Job summary

Indus Towers is seeking a Field Executive (field-based) to identify suitable land for telecom towers and to coordinate site acquisition across a broad territory. You will perform field surveys, verify feasibility, and engage landowners to negotiate terms while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will collect documentation, coordinate with Legal and Planning teams for approvals, and drive proposals through to final approvals and rental payments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, Site Acquisition, ATC, or Field Operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable properties/land for telecom tower installation.
• Conduct field surveys and verify site feasibility.
• Approach and meet landowners to explain the project and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and local stakeholders.
• Collect and verify all required property and ownership documents.
• Coordinate with Legal, Planning, and technical teams for site approvals and other clearances.
• Submit customer/site proposals and coordinate with internal teams until approval.
• Follow up for documentation, order processing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and complete the agreement execution with landowners.
• Ensure smooth processing from agreement signing to the release of the first rental payment to the landowner.
• Generate leads through cold calling and door-to-door visits when required.
• Promote company services and achieve assigned targets.
• Submit daily activity reports and update management on project progress.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
