Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installations, conduct tests, and monitor compliance across projects. You will document findings and collaborate with teams to drive improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, a valid US driver’s license, and a willingness to travel and work overtime as needed. Industry knowledge is a plus and the company offers meaningful benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid State driver's license with clean driving record.
• One year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers for construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
