Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure installations meet approved plans and standards. You will perform inspections, conduct tests, and monitor compliance throughout projects, documenting findings and driving improvements with teams.

The role requires one year of relevant experience, an associates degree or equivalent, and the ability to work in various weather conditions with occasional travel. Company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans meet specifications.
• Perform final inspections at customer request to ensure construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to team for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and documented.
• Support project activities and installation milestones as directed by management.
• Handle overtime, travel, on-call duties, and weather-related work as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
