Job summary

TAK Broadband in Humble, TX is seeking a Project Supervisor to assist the Construction Manager with both aerial and underground construction. You will conduct daily field visits to verify safety, quality and productivity, drive projects through budgeting systems, and manage labor and material planning.

The role requires 3+ years in telecommunications construction, map-reading ability, strong customer service, and flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in telecommunications construction, aerial and underground.
• Able to travel; evenings/weekends as needed.
• Reads maps, drawings and diagrams for project build.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize software systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field visits to ensure safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Drive projects through budgeting and documentation systems.
• Define labor, material, permitting and infrastructure needs.
• Identify project definitions, network integration and connection points.
• Manage path planning, site photos, node integration and asset coordination.
• Support quality control with onsite checks and safety audits.
• Contribute to development of Project Packets and project proposals.
• Manage multiple project stages and maintain updated records.
