Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a proactive Senior Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations and project performance. This hybrid role combines coordinating field activities with cost tracking and performance analysis to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and top quality.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams while engaging clients and stakeholders. You will maintain project logs, generate WIP reports, and support forecasts and earned value metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or controls (telecommunications preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. telecom providers and their protocols.
• Experience with WBS and CBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects, including scheduling, materials, access, and closure.
• Maintain project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers reflecting real-time status.
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
