Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope and timeline.
• Develop and manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on program status to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure customer experience is not interrupted.
• Review large Excel data files and analyze fallout results with required groups for resolution.
• Communicate status, blockers and issues to senior management.
