Job summary

TAK Broadband, LLC. is seeking a Business Partner Manager to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified business partners across multiple regions.

This role leads strategic recruitment, builds strong partner relationships, and aligns with operational needs and company growth objectives. The position is full-time, with opportunities for travel and advancement within TAK’s expansive fiber network construction operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in telecommunications, including cable, fiber, or underground construction.
• Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% annually, including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and onboard partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business partners across regions.
• Evaluate potential partners for safety, fleet requirements, and qualifications.
• Cultivate relationships with partners through regular engagement and networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align partner recruitment with company goals.
• Create recruitment plans based on market needs and growth objectives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and opportunities.
• Guide partners through onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
