TAK Broadband is seeking a Business Partner Manager to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified business partners across multiple regions. You will lead strategic recruitment, build strong partner relationships, and align with operational growth objectives.

Requirements include 3+ years in telecom construction and willingness to travel 20–50% annually. The role offers full benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a growing U.S. fiber broadband network contractor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of telecommunications experience in cable, fiber, or underground construction.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-dwelling unit telecom installs, construction, or maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% annually, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships; proven negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business partners across regions.
• Evaluate new partners for safety, fleet, personnel qualifications, and fit.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align partner recruitment with company objectives.
• Lead market-specific recruitment plans and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Guide partners through onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
