Job summary

GTA is seeking an OSP Lead to supervise construction teams on Guam, delivering projects safely, on time, and within standards. You will coordinate with the OSP Supervisor and Manager, delegate tasks, review progress, and enforce best practices across the team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in telecom construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with codes, while promoting a culture of safety and reliability on every

• Willing to travel and Guam Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead team members including FST I-III, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, inspect workmanship, ensure codes and specs compliance.
• Safety Oversight: Promote safe site practices and conduct safety meetings.
• Communication: Provide progress updates to supervisors, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients via emails and other media.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges with data-driven decisions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain daily reports, logs, progress reports, closeouts and as-builts.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Guide and train staff, model company values.
• Cost Control: Identify opportunities to stay within budget.
