Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber).
• Install, configure, and maintain routers and switches (Cisco or similar).
• Configure, install, and support VoIP and Cisco phone systems.
• Document configurations and maintain network prints/devices inventory.
• Provide help desk support and participate in on-call rotation.
