Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining counts, staging for daily deployments, and coordinating with vendors and field supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, materials management, telecom, utilities, or construction preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming telecom materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across warehouse and yard locations.
• Prepare and stage materials for daily crew pickups and project deployments.
• Track material usage and update records in company systems.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and transfers with vendors and field supervisors.
• Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and operating forklifts or material-handling equipment.
• Identify damaged or missing items and report issues promptly.
• Support project managers with material availability, substitutions, and lead-time updates.
