Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler to oversee daily flow of materials, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will ensure a safe, clean warehouse while supporting field technicians and maintaining equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehousing, experience with inbound/outbound stock, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. The role requires independence and teamwork in a dynamic environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience; Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound stock.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving customer demands.
• Proven experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Forklift Operator Certification is an asset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials.
• Efficiently manage shipping and receiving processes.
• Operate the forklift as required with precision and safety.
• Maintain inventory control and select orders accurately.
• Assist technicians with loading materials to meet their needs.
• Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and waste is disposed of properly.
• Build and maintain relationships with field technicians to meet warehousing demands.
