KBR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of communications and electronic systems that support the U.S. Navy’s telecom infrastructure at Diego Garcia.

This role ensures compliance with Navy standards and operational readiness in a high‑tempo environment. The position requires a minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on telecommunications/electronic maintenance experience and at least 2 years in supervision, plus Navy 3-M PQS within 3 months; a

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Navy maintenance programs and telecommunications systems.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute corrective maintenance on HFGCS equipment per AF T.O. 31R2-2GRC244-1(series).
• Perform preventive maintenance and field modifications in accordance with NAVSEAINST 4790.8 (series).
• Document and track all maintenance activities within the Navy Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) System.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with government representatives and obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct Maintenance Spot Checks and Self-Monitored Assessments to ensure quality and readiness.
