KBR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of communications and electronic systems that support the U.S. Navy’s telecom infrastructure at Diego Garcia.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair of communications and electronic systems that support the U.S. Navy’s telecommunications infrastructure. This critical role ensures compliance with Navy technical standards and maintains operational readiness in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications or electronic systems maintenance. At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead.
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Strong understanding of Navy maintenance programs and telecommunications systems. Skilled in equipment lifecycle management and Navy technical procedures. Proven leadership and team management abilities in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines. Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health. Valid driver’s license; ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
