Qualifications

• Must be on time daily with good attendance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to make independent judgments and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights; operate a bucket truck and climb ladders.
• Regular contact with co-workers and customers.
• Pass OSHA-10 within 90 days of start.
• Pass a background check and drug screens; pass a DOT physical.
• Travel, night, weekend, and on-call work may be required; overtime expected.

Responsibilities

• Read design maps and assist with fiber layout (design, fiber, and lash).
• Climb poles and work productively on site.
• Build strand, lash cable, and handle basic pole transfers.
• Load a lasher and stock the daily job materials.
• Prepare crew paperwork and document daily production.
• Maintain truck organization and safety on site.
• Ensure proper use of tools and stock for the day’s assignment.
