Job summary

Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX) is seeking a Telecom Apprentice Lineman to perform overhead and underground line construction and maintenance under a Lineman/Foreman. The role includes driving trucks, climbing poles, operating equipment, and loading materials. Will travel across Hawaii and other U.S.

locations as required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. The position requires basic climbing, tool use, and the ability to pass DOT, background, and medical screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass background check, drug/alcohol screen, motor vehicle record review, and DOT physical examination.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to distinguish colors for cable identification and termination.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight, weekend, and extended assignments throughout Hawaii, the Pacific Basin, Alaska, and other U.S. locations as required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs overhead and underground low-voltage line construction and maintenance under the direction of the Line Foreman.
• Operates line construction equipment (stringing, backhoes, derrick diggers, material handlers, trucks).
• Climbs poles and works from aerial lift devices.
• Loads/unloads materials and keeps trucks organized and stocked.
• Performs vehicle inspections and maintains logs of work hours by activity.
