Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in telecom construction or lineman work.
• Current DOT medical card or ability to pass DOT physical.
• Familiarity with state/local clearance and right-of-way code, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install aerial telecommunications infrastructure including fiber optic and coaxial cables.
• Perform lashing and over-lashing of cables.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety regulations.

Skills

Telecom construction experience

Understanding of safety standards

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Basic knowledge of electricity

Rigging and safe climbing practices

Valid Class A CDL

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
