Pearce Services in upstate New York is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters near cell tower sites. This regional role requires you to live within 60 miles of Unadilla and be willing to travel, with after-hours and weekend call-outs occasionally.

Core qualifications include Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification, 3+ years of HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred), and basic knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Strong verbal and email communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install components.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC equipment.
• Handle additional maintenance or upgrades to HVAC equipment as needed.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including after-hours calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Operate and maintain a vehicle per company policy and insurance requirements.
