Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters. Candidates should be within 60 miles of Albany, NY, be self-motivated, and willing to travel regionally. This role involves after-hours callouts and extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.

Must have Level 2/Universal EPA Certification and 3+ years of HVAC experience, with strong communication skills. A DOT physical may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical components.
• Effective communication via verbal and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, or install commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours when needed.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
