Job summary

Pearce Services in Ithaca, NY is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair telecom shelter HVAC equipment on cell tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 60 miles of Ithaca and a self-directed, motivated approach.

Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification and have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; familiarity with electrical and refrigeration components is a plus. Clear written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely per company policies.
