Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 100 miles of Albuquerque, NM, and a self-driven, safety‑conscious mindset.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and emergency responses, with a focus on reliability and safety. Must hold EPA Level 2 certification, 2–4 years HVAC experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably commercial.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and by email.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
