OSO Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for telecommunications construction projects and field crews across Texas. This is a 1099 contractor position with weekly pay.

The ideal candidate will lead field crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with management and customers. Willingness to travel and hands-on leadership are essential traits for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fiber drop bury, underground utilities, or telecommunications construction, with proven leadership experience managing field crews.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must have a truck.
