TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, supervise foremen and crews, and ensure effective communication and leadership on site.

The role offers weekly paychecks, PTO, parental leave, holidays, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance, with local work and occasional travel. DOT medical card and CDL elements are noted as beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel.
• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Participating in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
