Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations on our telecommunications projects. You will provide clear communication and leadership to Foremen and crews in the field.

The role covers supervision, resource organization, safety oversight, and reporting. Local work with occasional travel is expected; a valid CDL is a plus and DOT physical may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Local work with occasional travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Actively participating in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
