Job summary

FiOptix Inc in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily crew activities, drive productivity, and ensure high quality work.

You will lead projects from planning through invoicing, monitor safety, budgets, and timelines, and coordinate with management to meet customer expectations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of wireline telecom and supervisory experience, and a CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related trade school education.
• 1 year wireline telecommunications and cable experience including underground construction and utilities.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• CDL preferred.
• Knowledge of highway traffic control standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local management to supervise the daily activities of the assigned crews.
• Provide leadership through project completion, ensuring quality standards, budget, and timelines are met and invoicing readiness.
• Drive crew performance and address training needs to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Promote a safety-first culture and enforce company safety practices and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and document correspondence.
