Job summary

TrueNet Communications, a 1Finity Company, is seeking a Field Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to plan, coordinate, and evaluate telecom construction crews under the Construction/Project Manager. You will support timelines, conduct inspections, and prepare accurate as-builts for projects.

Essential duties include supervising multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, drafting proposals, handling daily reporting, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of field supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a major MSO/telecommunications construction operations preferred.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Intermediate level or higher with Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
• Proficiency with Adobe products preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule multiple projects and/or objectives simultaneously.
• Serve as the POC between stakeholders: Managers, in-house crews, subcontractors, municipalities, and the client.
• Assist the managers in drafting and issuing project proposals, RFPs, and preliminary schedules.
• Complete paperwork (daily/recurring), reporting, etc. for project initiatives.
• Work with external contractors and internal resources as required.
• Track and report progress daily and weekly.
• Communicate status, quality, and client timelines to completion as required.
• Supervise SOW and client/internal change orders.
• Understand billing and accounting procedures; provide regular billing.
• Ensure timely completion of required deliverables.
• Oversee vehicle, tools, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee loss prevention of materials, tools and equipment.
• Approve daily time reporting for direct reports.
• Provide semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and work performed safely.
• Perform work following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
